Yes we are open Monday – Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 12.00pm

Is insurance and tracking included with delivery?

Yes, for your peace of mind your order comes with complimentary tracking and insurance, you will be emailed a tracking number when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

How much does shipping cost?

This will be determinated at the checkout.

How long does a delivery take?

Below is an estimate of delivery times

  • NSW -  1 to 4 working days
  • ACT -  1 to 4 working days
  • QLD -  1 to 4 working days
  • VIC -  2 to 5 working days
  • SA  -  2 to 6 working days
  • WA  -  5 to 8 working days
  • NT  -  5 to 9 working days
  • TAS -  5 to 9 working days

I have not received any tracking for my order what should I do?

Generally you will receive tracking information within 24 hours.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept cash and card instore and online you have the convenience of Afterpay, Visa Card – Master Card and Pay Pal options


To give you peace of mind when shopping with us we accept returns within 30 days from the date of your order. We are happy to exchange for credit, or refund items in new, unused, and original condition

We can provide a Camping & 4WD Warehouse store credit or a refund, at your request, where the returned item is subject to the following:

  • The item is returned within 30 days from the date of the original order.
  • Presents "as new" in appearance, be unused, have no signs of wear and tear, and must not be damaged or soiled.
  • Be packaged in its original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and tags.
  • That the item's original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
  • When returning goods please include a copy of your receipt and the reason for the return.

If the above return criteria are not met, we may decline the return.

We recommend sending returns via registered post or tracked courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

We will process your return as a refund.

Upon receiving your return, we will assess your item/s and process a a refund, paid back to you via your original payment method. Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse and we will notify you via email once your return has been completed.
